Privacy
This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from another server; its one outside service, PostHog, is described below.

The website
There is no tag manager on this site, no advertising pixel and no embedded third-party widget. No cookies are set. Fonts are served from this domain rather than from a font provider, so loading a page here does not make a request to anyone else's server. Apart from the PostHog visit recordings described below, nothing about your visit is transmitted to a third party.
Our host keeps standard server logs — IP address, time, the file requested — for a short period, for the ordinary purposes of running a web server. We do not read them for marketing and we do not combine them with anything else.
Calls and bookings: when you tap a phone, text, email or booking link on this site, our own analytics stores the IP address of that visit together with the action, so we can see roughly where requests come from. We keep it for 90 days, use it for nothing else, and never sell or share it.
Visit recordings: this site also uses PostHog, a service of PostHog Inc. in the United States, to see how visitors use it. Its script is served from this domain, and what it records is passed on from here to PostHog. It records the pages you view, where you click and how far you scroll, your device and browser type, page-speed measurements, and a replay of the visit in which anything typed into a field is hidden. It sets no cookies; its session data stays in the storage of your open browser tab and is cleared when the tab closes. PostHog receives your IP address, keeps it with this data and uses it to estimate your approximate location. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is recorded. We use it only to improve this site and never sell it; PostHog keeps recordings for 30 days and other usage data for up to one year.
What you tell us on the phone
When you call +1 (904) 395-4339 we write down what we need to do the job: your name, the address the appliance is at, a number to reach you on, and the model and serial number of the unit. That record exists so the technician arrives with the right part and so a warranty claim can be matched to a repair.
We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to a marketing company. We share it only where the work requires it — a parts distributor needs a model number, not your name — and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept while the warranty on that repair is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, because a repair history is the most useful thing a technician can have on a second visit. Ask us to delete your record and we will, unless a live warranty claim depends on it.
Payment
We do not store card details. Payment is taken at the appliance through the payment provider's own terminal, which never passes the card number to us.
Asking us anything about this
Call the number above. Crosswater Appliance Service operates in Nocatee, FL and the surrounding St. Johns County; we do not publish a street address because we are a mobile operation with no premises to visit.
